Hose lining method

Water pipes, sewage pipes, and industrial water pipes are subject to problems caused by earthquakes, land subsidence and again. The lining method inserts a seal hose (with the inner surface coated with adhesive) into a pipe by turning the hose using air pressure to harden the adhesive. Our usage of this method has increased it reliability and resulted in a proven track record as an innovative method suitable for the maintenance of difficult-to-manage pipe paths.

The hose lining method for water pipes or industrial water pipes has the following features:

Reinforces the pipe path and provides it with protection against earthquake.

The seal hose is airtight and watertight, which prevents leakages from joint sections

Prevents rusty water and leakages.

Even when the thickness is reduced due to corrosion, reinforcement of the pipe by a seal hose can be expected.

Can improve water flow rate.

Because the seal hose has a thin wall and its diameter only contracts by a very small margin, it allows the same smooth flow rate as a new pipe does.

Enables installation over long distances.

Typical installation can cover 180 m thanks to the reversing method that exhibits low insertion resistance.

Allows installation of bend pipes.

Complex pipe paths can be constructed that contains 45 deg and 90 deg bend pipes.

Highly secure and durable.

The use of material that complies with JWWA-K-135, the standard defined by the Japan Water Works Association ensures that it does not affect water quality, providing the pipe with a semi-permanent life span.

The hose lining method for sewage pipes or drainpipes has the following features:

A damaged pipe path, even if it occurs, can be repaired and reinforced.

Lining can be performed in spite of defects or cracks only if the cross section of the pipe is kept in normal shape condition. The method also has an excellent follow-up performance against ground deformation, and high shock resistance properties, exerting its capabilities to prevent pipe bending and cracking, and joint defects.

Prevents water immersion and leakage.

The seal hose is fully watertight, preventing water immersion and leakage.

Maintains the current flow rate.

The newly formed pipe has a thin wall and its diameter only contracts by a very small margin. Its smooth inner surface maintains the flow rate.

The lining material has a semi-permanent life span.

The seal hose, which utilizes a highly durable acid and oil resistant hardened resin, has a semi-permanent life span.
